Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
  • 4 large tortillas
  • Smoky spices (cumin, paprika, garlic powder)
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Season the grilled chicken with smoky spices, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, and lettuce.
  3. Lay out each tortilla and layer the rice and bean mixture in the center.
  4. Add slices of grilled chicken and avocado on top.
  5. Drizzle with chipotle ranch dressing.
  6. Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
