Ingredients
- 2 grilled chicken breasts
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 4 large tortillas
- Smoky spices (cumin, paprika, garlic powder)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the grilled chicken with smoky spices, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine cooked rice, black beans, diced tomatoes, and lettuce.
- Lay out each tortilla and layer the rice and bean mixture in the center.
- Add slices of grilled chicken and avocado on top.
- Drizzle with chipotle ranch dressing.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Serve immediately or grill the burritos for a few minutes to warm them through and create a crispy exterior.
