Description
An easy and customizable burrito packed with grilled chicken, rice, black beans, fresh vegetables, and zesty chipotle ranch dressing.
Ingredients
- 2 grilled chicken breasts
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, etc.)
- 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Smoky spices (cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper)
Instructions
- Season the grilled chicken breasts with smoky spices.
- Heat the tortillas on a skillet for about 10 seconds on each side.
- Place the grilled chicken in the center of each tortilla.
- Top with rice, black beans, fresh vegetables, and chipotle ranch dressing.
- Roll the tortillas tightly around the filling, folding in the sides.
- Serve immediately, or grill the burritos for a few minutes to crisp them up.
Notes
Avoid overfilling the burritos and remember to warm the tortillas to prevent cracking.
