Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup mixed fresh vegetables (bell peppers, onions, corn)
- 1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients.
- Combine the chicken, black beans, rice, and mixed vegetables in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle the chipotle ranch dressing over the filling and mix until evenly coated.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium-low heat.
- Assemble the burritos by placing a generous amount of filling in the center of each tortilla, folding the sides inward, and rolling tightly.
