An easy and delicious Chicken Tzatziki Rice Bake that is creamy, cheesy, and perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken
- 1 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, diced chicken, tzatziki sauce, cucumber, dill, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can use rotisserie chicken or substitute tzatziki with Greek yogurt mixed with garlic, lemon, and cucumber.
