Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and Monterey Jack recommended)
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 10 small corn tortillas
  • Olive oil for brushing


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, and salsa. Mix well.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until pliable.
  4. Place a spoonful of the filling in each tortilla and roll up tightly.
  5. Arrange taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet and brush with oil.
