Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked egg noodles or rice for serving
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Pour in the chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce, and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the sour cream until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over cooked egg noodles or rice.
