Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 chicken sausages, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Cook orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken sausage and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add broccoli florets and chicken broth to the skillet. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender.
- Stir in the drained orzo and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
