Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 4 whole wheat pitas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup yogurt sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
- Warm the pitas in the oven for a few minutes.
- Fill each pita with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
