- Bread dough

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pesto sauce and garlic. Set aside.
- Cut the chicken breast into small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the chicken for 7-10 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.
- Roll out the bread dough and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread the pesto mixture over the dough.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the chicken pieces and optional tomatoes.
- Cover with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until edges are golden and cheese is melted.
- Let cool, then sprinkle Parmesan and basil on top before serving.
