Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese and Italian seasoning.
- Layer the cottage cheese mixture in a baking dish.
- Add shredded chicken evenly over the cottage cheese.
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
