Quick and delicious Chicken Lo Mein that can be whipped up in just about 30 minutes, offering a takeout vibe from your kitchen.
Ingredients
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions.
- In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add sliced chicken to the pan. Cook until no longer pink.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper. Taste as you go.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
