Description

A delicious twist on pizza that uses ground chicken as a gluten-free crust, perfect for low-carb diets.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toppings of choice (marinara sauce, vegetables, additional cheese)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken with the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture onto the sheet to form a circular pizza shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake the crust for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove the crust, add your choice of toppings, and return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese and heat toppings through.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
