Description

A guilt-free pizza with a unique chicken-based crust that’s low in carbs and high in protein, perfect for healthy eating.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup toppings of choice (pepperoni, vegetables, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, mozzarella, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to form a crust.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce over the crust.
  6. Add your favorite toppings.
  7. Bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Let the crust cool for a couple of minutes before slicing for better texture.
