Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup toppings of choice (e.g., pepperoni, bell peppers, onions)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming a crust.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and add pizza sauce and your favorite toppings.
- Bake again for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and gooey.
