A delightful fusion of flavors and textures, this Chicken Club Pasta Salad combines chicken, bacon, and fresh veggies for a perfect meal any time.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, tomatoes, bacon, and lettuce.
  3. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix gently.
  4. Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
