A delightful fusion of flavors and textures, this Chicken Club Pasta Salad combines chicken, bacon, and fresh veggies for a perfect meal any time.
Ingredients
- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, tomatoes, bacon, and lettuce.
- Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and mix gently.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, season with salt and pepper, and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
