Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: croutons for crunch


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly between the two tortillas, adding optional croutons if desired.
