Ingredients
- Flatbread
- Cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- Romaine lettuce, chopped
- Parmesan cheese, grated
- Caesar dressing
- Olive oil
- Crushed garlic (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or air fryer basket.
- Drizzle olive oil on the flatbread and add crushed garlic if using.
- Layer the shredded chicken evenly over the flatbread.
- Top with chopped romaine lettuce and sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the top.
- Drizzle Caesar dressing over the entire flatbread.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or air fry for 5-7 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time. Feel free to add your favorite toppings like cherry tomatoes or olives for extra flavor.
