Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (penne, rotini, or spaghetti)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream (or half-and-half) and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and broccoli florets to the skillet, tossing everything together until evenly coated.
