- 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed or blanched)

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken breasts and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream (or half-and-half) and bring to a simmer.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
