Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese between each chicken breast, folding it in half.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Dredge each stuffed chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
