Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese between each chicken breast, folding it in half.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge each stuffed chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.

Notes
