Description

A cozy and comforting dish combining tender chicken, fluffy stuffing, and mixed vegetables, perfect for weeknights and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions, using milk.
  4. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly at the bottom.
  5. Spoon the prepared stuffing mix over the chicken mixture evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and the stuffing is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
