Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 package stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions, using milk.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread the chicken mixture evenly at the bottom.
- Spoon the prepared stuffing mix over the chicken mixture evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and the stuffing is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
