Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breast, diced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cups fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add fettuccine and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Simmer until pasta is cooked and sauce thickens.
