A creamy, cheesy Chicken Alfredo dip served with crunchy bread chips, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 loaf of bread, sliced into chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish.
- Slice the bread into thin chips and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake the dip for 20-25 minutes and the bread chips for about 10 minutes.
- Serve warm with bread chips.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and consider adding crushed red pepper for spice.
