Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×9 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving with crackers or bread.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.
