Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 pounds potatoes, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned (5-7 minutes).
- Add diced potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for 10-15 minutes until tender.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ranch seasoning and milk until blended.
- Pour ranch mixture over sausage and potatoes, stir to combine, then add cheddar cheese on top.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until cheese melts.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
