- 1.5 lbs baby red or Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
- 12 oz smoked sausage (kielbasa, turkey, or beef), sliced
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cube the potatoes into even pieces.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on a greased baking sheet or in a casserole dish.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then stir the potatoes to ensure even roasting.
- Add the sliced smoked sausage on top and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- (Optional) Broil for 2–3 minutes for a crispier cheese topping.
- Garnish with parsley, green onions, or a dollop of sour cream before serving.
