Description
A delicious and cheesy pull-apart garlic bread that’s easy to make and a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf of bread (sourdough or French)
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the loaf of bread into squares without cutting all the way through, aiming for about 1-inch cuts.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and salt.
- Drizzle the butter mixture between the cuts in the bread.
- Stuff shredded mozzarella cheese into the cuts.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
