Description

A delicious and cheesy pull-apart garlic bread that’s easy to make and a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread (sourdough or French)
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the loaf of bread into squares without cutting all the way through, aiming for about 1-inch cuts.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and salt.
  4. Drizzle the butter mixture between the cuts in the bread.
  5. Stuff shredded mozzarella cheese into the cuts.
  6. Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
  7. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
