Description

Ingredients

  • Low-carb tortillas
  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced pepperoni
  • Italian seasoning (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay a low-carb tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce across the tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the sauce.
  5. Layer sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese. Optionally, add Italian seasoning.
  6. Tightly roll up the tortilla and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  10. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes
