Description
A creamy, garlicky pasta dish that combines fresh flavors and cheesy delight, perfect for a cozy meal.
Ingredients
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan over medium heat, melt the cream cheese while stirring frequently, then add the minced garlic and stir for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the pan and toss with the melted cheese and garlic mixture, along with the grated parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
Notes
For a creamier texture, consider adding a splash of heavy cream to the sauce. Save some pasta water before draining to loosen the sauce if it thickens too much.
