Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice each potato into thin slices, being careful not to cut all the way through.
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Insert minced garlic into the slices of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over the potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
- Serve hot as a side dish or snack.
Notes
For a spicier version, sprinkle red pepper flakes before baking. Don’t cut too deep to maintain the potato’s structure.
