Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken thoroughly and marinate for at least 30 minutes (preferably overnight).
- Make the Garlic Sauce: Mix mayonnaise or sour cream with roasted or minced garlic, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
- Cook the Chicken: Grill, bake, or pan-sear the marinated chicken until fully cooked. Slice or shred as desired.
- Assemble the Wraps: Warm the flour tortillas slightly to make them more pliable. Spread garlic sauce on each tortilla, then layer with cooked chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and any optional add-ins like jalapeños, onions, avocado, or greens.
- Toast the Wrap: Roll the tortillas tightly and toast them seam-side down in a hot skillet until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Serve: Slice in half and garnish with parsley. Serve warm with extra garlic sauce or your favorite side.
