Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan. Mix well.
- Assemble the Wraps: Place a flour tortilla on a clean surface. Add ½ cup of the chicken mixture to the center. Fold sides in, then roll tightly like a burrito.
- Make Garlic Butter: In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.
- Cook the Wraps:
- Stovetop method: Brush wraps with garlic butter and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Oven method: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place wraps on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with garlic butter, and bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve Hot: Enjoy with your favorite dip: ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli.
Notes
You can swap in rotisserie chicken for ease. Try adding sautéed spinach or caramelized onions for a veggie boost. Great for freezing and reheating later.
