Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with garlic aioli until well coated.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay out the tortillas on a clean flat surface.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken on each tortilla.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides to create a wrap.
- Optional: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese melts.
- Remove from the skillet and slice in half to serve.
