Description

Ingredients

Base:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (grilled, shredded, or rotisserie)
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
  • 4 tortillas (flour, whole wheat, or low-carb)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Optional Add-ons:

  • Sautéed onions
  • Bell peppers
  • Jalapeños
  • Spinach or arugula


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Season and cook chicken if not pre-cooked. Shred or slice into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Make Garlic Butter: Melt butter in a skillet. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (1–2 mins). Toss cooked chicken in the garlic butter.
  3. Assemble the Wraps: Lay out each tortilla. Add a layer of cheese, then garlic chicken, then more cheese. Add optional veggies if desired. Fold like a burrito.
  4. Cook the Wraps: Grill in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil or cooking spray. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Alternatively, air fry at 375°F for 5–6 minutes or bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.
