Description
Cheesy garlic chicken wraps made with tortillas, melted cheese, and buttery garlic chicken. Easy to customize with veggies and cook on skillet, air fryer, or oven.
Ingredients
Base:
- 2 cups cooked chicken (grilled, shredded, or rotisserie)
- 1 cup cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or pepper jack)
- 4 tortillas (flour, whole wheat, or low-carb)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Olive oil or cooking spray
Optional Add-ons:
- Sautéed onions
- Bell peppers
- Jalapeños
- Spinach or arugula
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season and cook chicken if not pre-cooked. Shred or slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Make Garlic Butter: Melt butter in a skillet. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (1–2 mins). Toss cooked chicken in the garlic butter.
- Assemble the Wraps: Lay out each tortilla. Add a layer of cheese, then garlic chicken, then more cheese. Add optional veggies if desired. Fold like a burrito.
- Cook the Wraps: Grill in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil or cooking spray. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Alternatively, air fry at 375°F for 5–6 minutes or bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes.
Notes
Serve with ranch, garlic aioli, or salsa. Great for quick dinners or meal prep.
