Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup corn (canned or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese together until smooth.
  3. Stir in the corn, bell peppers, green onions, garlic powder, chili powder, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
