Description

Quick and delicious cheesy chicken wraps that are easy to prepare, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or your choice of sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat and place some of the chicken mixture in the center.
  4. Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to enclose the filling.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Serve immediately, or grill for a few minutes on a skillet to make it crispy.

Notes

Use leftover chicken for an easier preparation. Experiment with different cheeses and add more vegetables for variety.
