Description
Quick and delicious cheesy chicken wraps that are easy to prepare, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing or your choice of sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and ranch dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay one tortilla flat and place some of the chicken mixture in the center.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly to enclose the filling.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Serve immediately, or grill for a few minutes on a skillet to make it crispy.
Notes
Use leftover chicken for an easier preparation. Experiment with different cheeses and add more vegetables for variety.
