Description

A comforting and delicious Breakfast Casserole that combines your favorite breakfast foods, perfect for busy mornings or family gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a skillet, brown the sausage on medium heat and then drain the excess grease.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls evenly in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  5. Top the crescent rolls with the cooked sausage.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage layer.
  7. Generously sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.

Notes

For extra flavor, use different types of cheese or add vegetables. Can be prepared ahead of time.
