Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
 - 1 packet taco seasoning
 - 4 large flour tortillas
 - 1 cup diced tomatoes
 - 1/2 cup sour cream
 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
 - Crispy fries (for serving)
 
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
 - Stir in the taco seasoning and follow the package instructions, usually adding water and simmering.
 - On each tortilla, place a portion of the beef mixture, top with cheese, diced tomatoes, and any other desired toppings.
 - Roll up the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
 - Optional: Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the burritos seam side down until golden and crispy.
 - Serve with sour cream, green onions, and alongside crispy fries.
 
Notes
Make sure to drain the fat from the ground beef to avoid a greasy burrito. Customize with your favorite toppings like jalapeños or guacamole.
