Ingredients
- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tbsp garlic butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
- In a large skillet, melt garlic butter over medium heat.
- Add onions and sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, cooking for an additional minute.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the beef mixture in the skillet.
- Add shredded cheese and mix until melted and combined.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
