Description

A delightful fusion of flaky crescent rolls and creamy cheesecake, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
  3. Unroll one can of crescent rolls and lay it flat in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent rolls.
  5. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and lay it over the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
