A delightful fusion of flaky crescent rolls and creamy cheesecake, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or dessert.
Ingredients
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sugar (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
- Unroll one can of crescent rolls and lay it flat in a greased baking dish.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent rolls.
- Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and lay it over the cream cheese mixture.
- Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
