Ingredients
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 4 cups of cooked quinoa
- 1 cup of halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup of sliced pickles
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup of mustard
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until well browned.
- Season the browned beef with salt and pepper.
- Layer cooked quinoa into bowls as the base.
- Top quinoa with the cooked ground beef.
- Add cherry tomatoes, lettuce, cheddar cheese, and pickles on top.
- Drizzle with ketchup and mustard to finish.
Notes
