Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks in clean bowls.
  3. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Mix the yolks, cream cheese, salt, and shredded cheese until well combined.
  5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the yolk mixture.
