Description

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and caramelize for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
