Ingredients
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and caramelize for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- In a bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Once onions are caramelized, let them cool and mix into the sour cream mixture.
- Chill the dip in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
