A quick and delicious stir-fry with caramelized chicken, colorful veggies, and noodles tossed in a sweet and savory sauce.
Ingredients
- 200g noodles (any type)
- 300g chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 carrots, julienned
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic, soy sauce, and honey, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Toss the cooked noodles into the pan and mix well to coat them in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and garnish with chopped green onions.
