Description

A quick and delicious stir-fry with caramelized chicken, colorful veggies, and noodles tossed in a sweet and savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 200g noodles (any type)
  • 300g chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in the garlic, soy sauce, and honey, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Toss the cooked noodles into the pan and mix well to coat them in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and garnish with chopped green onions.
