Description

Creamy cheesecake bars infused with caramel and tart apples, perfect for any fall occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups diced apples (peeled and cored)
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Press into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Gradually add in 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined.
  5. Gently fold in diced apples and cinnamon into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and swirl it into the filling for a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is set.
  9. Let cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting into bars.

Notes

For best results, cool the bars completely before refrigerating. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 4 days or frozen for 2 months.
