Ingredients
- 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 pound steak tips
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente for about 10-12 minutes, then drain.
- Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the steak tips for 3-5 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer to thicken.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
