Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
