Description

A bold and creamy Cajun shrimp pasta that’s quick enough for weeknights and impressive enough for guests, ready in just 25 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add shrimp and Cajun seasoning; cook until shrimp is pink.
  5. Add bell pepper and cook until tender.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 3 minutes.
  7. Add cooked pasta and parmesan cheese; mix well.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve hot.

Notes

Refrigerate cooked pasta in an airtight container for 3-4 days. For freezing, wrap tightly and freeze up to 2 months.
