Description

Ingredients

  • 2 fish fillets (salmon, tilapia, or your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt to taste


Instructions

  1. Season fish fillets with Cajun seasoning generously.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic; sauté until soft.
  4. Add fish fillets to the skillet on top of the veggies.
