Ingredients
- 2 fish fillets (salmon, tilapia, or your choice)
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Season fish fillets with Cajun seasoning generously.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add fish fillets to the skillet on top of the veggies.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the fish before serving.
