- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced

- 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- Salt to taste

Instructions
