Ingredients

Instructions
- Slice the cucumber lengthwise into thin strips.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, chopped celery, salt, and pepper.
- Take a cucumber strip and place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture at one end.
- Roll the cucumber around the filling to create a roll.
- Repeat for the remaining cucumber strips.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired. Serve immediately.
